Thank you for visiting AnnaBela Artistry. All the products seen here have been handmade by me, Anna. I create my products in hopes that it will bring someone the same kind of happiness and joy that it brings our little girl every time she sees a new creation. She gives each one names and a hug as a sign of her approval. That’s when I know I’ve made something special.

No Cash Refunds

No cash refunds . If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me. I will try to work with you. If there is no resolution, you will receive credit towards another product with the same value prior to taxes and/or shipping, packing and handling costs after your item is returned. Buyer must contact me prior to sending item (s) back. Product MUST be returned in unused condition within 7 days of receipt at buyer’s cost.

International Orders

I am not responsible for any additional VAT or fees for international orders.

Your packages will be delivered by USPS first class shipping.  There are no tracking information available after your package has left the United States.  Shipping will be longer for international mail.  Once your package is with the USPS, I am not responsible for lost or missing packages at that point.  Priority International Shipping is available.  Please allow enough time for your package to ship especially during holiday hours.

Domestic Shipping

I use standard USPS first class shipping for products under 1 lb.  Anything above that will be charged Priority Mail or Flat Rate Priority Mail with insurance which ever is less expensive.  Standard first class shipping usually ships around 5-7 days, during a regular calendar year for domestic mail (not including custom order time).   Priority mail or flat rate priority mail is usually 2-3 days during the regular calendar year.   Please NOTE that holidays may take  longer shipping.  Please allow enough time during those heavy shipping days.

Lost Package

AnnaBela Artistry is not responsible for lost shipments.  Once it’s in the USPS’s hands, it’s out of my control.  Signature confirmation is recommended with additional costs.  Please message me if you’d like to add signature confirmation on your package at the time of check out.
